Camp Hill
Located just two miles south and west of Harrisburg in Cumberland County, Camp Hill, Pennsylvania has a population of about 8,000. The town is a good place to work as it is close to a number of large corporations such as Rite Aid Corporation and Harsco Corporation.
This is a lovely and historic town with an excellent school district, a superb public library, and some excellent parks. Close by is the town of Harrisburg and all of its shopping, dining, and cultural opportunities. In other parts of Cumberland County are great places to bike, hike, snow ski, and canoe.
Homes here range from modest to million dollar, the weather is pleasant most of the year, and good options for employment and entertainment make this a great place to live. The typical resident here is college educated, and makes a good income above the national and state average. The crime rate here is low, and this is one of the safer places to live in the state of Pennsylvania.
