A planned urban community in the city of Chapel Hill, North Carolina, Downing Creek consists of upscale single-family homes, townhomes, and condominiums. Median incomes are well above the city average, and rental prices and home values are also above the city average. This is an exclusive and private neighborhood, with low crime rates. There is a community swimming pool and tennis courts here that residents enjoy. The vast majority of people who live here enjoy a good quality of life. Downing Creek is also close to a good public transportation system, and a number of quality colleges and universities. This is one of the premier addresses in the city of Chapel Hill.
