Palmer Lake
Palmer Lake, part of the Tri-Lake, Colorado, region along with Monument Lake and Woodmoor Lake, lies at the base of the National Forest. A quaint town reaching back to 1871, Palmer Lake takes great pride in its Rocky Mountain heritage. Because of its mountainside atmosphere, Palmer Lake is a true outdoor community supporting a variety of activities. A point of pride for the city and a beacon for those traveling from near and far is the Palmer Lake Star – a five-point star measuring 457 feet set against the side of Sundance Mountain.
