Richmond - “Where History Meets Opportunity,” according to their motto. Richmond sits in southeast Texas, at the seat of Fort Bend County, right beside Sugar Land and Rosenberg. This hot Texas city home to plenty of historical buildings, court buildings, and other notable structures - despite being the seat of the county (the administrative center and seat of local government), Richmond is actually one of the smallest cities in Texas. While Richmond may be a small city, it's a city looking to expand – they're opening their doors to businesses and general economic growth.
