Kirkland
South Rose Hill, also commonly correlated as one with Bridle Trails since they share a neighborhood association, is a neighborhood on the southeastern side of Kirkland, Washington. South Rose Hill is a classic combination of post-war split-level homes and rural horse farmland. Although close in proximity to the local attractions, convenient shopping, dining, and more, this neighborhood is one that has remained true to its roots and is still largely equine-friendly. Home to Bridle Trails State Park, South Rose Hill has a lot to offer in the way of natural green space.
South Rose Hill is comprised of predominately residential areas with longtime residents enjoying the quiet simplicity of the neighborhood. This neighborhood is safe and family-friendly and is considered one of the most walkable in the Kirkland area. Many of the homes in the area are reminiscent of the post-World War II surge that the area experienced when development and growth began to increase. Today, median home prices remain high, while crime reports remain low - two sure signs of a great place to visit or call home.
