Vineland
Vineland, New Jersey is spread out over about 69 square miles - more area than any other city in the state. This relatively new city was founded in 1952, when the Landis Township and Vineland Borough merged. Then after a parade and a few speeches, Vineland was on the map.
Today, the population of over 60,000 people continues to grow and fill in the large area. But there's still a lot of space to grow and so the city motto fits, “a Harvest of Opportunities in the Heart of the Northeast.”
