Marysville
A quaint town in the heart of the Pacific Northwest, Marysville, Washington is also known as “The Strawberry City.” Once surrounded by strawberry fields, Marysville was home to the Tulalip people. Settled by European Americans in the mid-19th century, Marysville is just a short distance from the Mukilteo Ferry to Puget Sound's Whidbey Island as well as the Cascade Mountains. Home to a number of industries, Marysville's diverse economic landscape has helped it weather more difficult periods of recession. Located just north of Everett and Seattle, and just south of Skagit Valley's Tulip Fields, Marysville offers all the beauty and charms of small town northwest life.
