Gilbert

The Williams Campus area of Gilbert is located right at Arizona State University's Polytechnic school. It includes the nearby Chandler-Gilbert Community College, Mesa Community College, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University, and an Air Force research laboratory. The whole area is about 600-acres in size and is home to about 10,000 students. The city of Gilbert is a safe, bustling community of about 200,000, though it used to be a tiny city that earned the nickname the “Hay Shipping Capital of The World.”
