McCaysville

McCaysville is a small city of approximately 1,000 residents situated on the northern edge of Georgia. McCaysville's sister city of Copperhill is located just over the border in Tennessee. It is so close, in fact, that there are places where you can stand with your feet in different states. The area is popular with tourists, many of whom come to enjoy the beautiful Blue Ridge Mountain setting, take a ride on the Blue Ridge Scenic Railway, enjoy outdoor activities like whitewater rafting and kayaking, or stroll the many eateries, antique stores, and specialty shops that can be found in the historic downtown area.
