Burbank

Burbank is well recognized as the "media capital of the world." With it's slopes and foothills situated at the foot of the Verdugo Mountains, this whimsical San Fernando Valley suburb is home to many entertainments studios such as Walt Disney, Warner Brothers, NBC and Nickelodean and Cartoon Network. Many of the biggest blockbuster motion pictures have been filmed in this revitalized city, yet it maintains a wholesome small town feels. The quiet residential streets consist of old, modest homes with well-kept lawns and studio apartments giving Burbank lots of character. The vibrant downtown Burbank has an urban vibe with cool shops, and fine restaurants. The San Fernando Strip has a village feel to it with apartments situated above the mall.
