Lawrence

The neighborhood of Sunset Hills is located just to the north and west of the University of Kansas campus, and to the south of Lawrence Country Club. One of the larger neighborhoods in the Lawrence area, Sunset Hills is home to just over 4,500 residents, and features excellent school systems and convenient proximity to Downtown Lawrence. The entire Lawrence area is rich with history and culture, and Sunset Hills is no difference. The convenient access to major Highway 59 and Interstate 70, also make Sunset Hills convenient to Topeka and Kansas City, both less than 45-miles away.
