The neighborhood of Westwood is located just northwest of Kalamazoo, Michigan. A small community with only one park, Westwood does have its own neighborhood association, the Westwood Neighborhood Association. The one park located inside Westood is Fray's Park, which is located on Piccadilly Street. The open spaces, sporting facilities, and convenient location make Fray's Park a staple to the Westwood community. Westwood is highly convenient to Downtown Kalamazoo and surrounding areas, as it borders both Highway 131 and West Main Street.
