Littleton
Littleton is a small municipality located outside of Denver in the state of Colorado. This small city has a history that dates to the Pike's Peak Gold Rush in 1859. This gold rush brought more than just gold seekers to the region. It brought farmers and merchants as well as a man named Richard Little. Richard Little and his wife fell in love with the area and built up the first flour mill which laid the economic foundation for the city's growth. By 1890 the city had grown enough to become incorporated and today Southwest Littleton remains a beautiful area that attracts tourists from all over.
