Gainesville

University Park is a neighborhood located in sunny Gainesville, Florida, that mostly consists of students and young working 20-somethings. This area is home to about 6,000 residents, and the reason is that it's located quite near the University of Florida, in the northwest corner of town. Gainesville is well-known for its status as the largest city in the greater Gainesville Metropolitan Area, and for the fact that it was rated the “#1 place to live in America” in 2007.
