New Castle is a small city located in the state of Pennsylvania. It is situated inside of Lawrence County. It was surveyed originally by a man named John Stewart in 1798. It was incorporated as a city in 1869 and served as a place for Old Order Amish. Today it is still an area with nearly two thousand Amish residents.
