Sioux City
Sioux City, in the state of Iowa, is a cross roads for Nebraska and South Dakota. The three of these state all contribute to the city in some small ways. The city is largely residential, but does include some large business districts. Cost of living is considered low for all of the surrounding states, and homes are also easy to purchase. As with most other areas of the state families are the most common residents, making up to about sixty percent of people who live here. This is the perfect city if you wish to commute for work or are looking for a decently priced city to move too.
