The Terrance Heights neighborhood of Tallahassee, Florida, is home to just over 1,500 residents. It is bordered to the south by West Tharpe Street, to the east by State Highway 63, to the north by Stone Road, and to the west by Old Bainbridge Road. This is a neighborhood of mostly modest, single-family home, on spacious lots, with well groomed yards. The median incomes here are well above the city average, as are the rental rates. This neighborhood is close to Florida State University, and many fine dining and shopping venues, as the Tallahassee Mall is located just to the east.
