San Dimas
San Dimas, California, is a suburb located in the base of the San Gabriel Mountains in Los Angeles. It was referred to in the movie Bill & Ted’s Excellent Adventure as being the “center of the Universe.” Even though it is surrounded by mountainous terrain, it is home to one of the largest water parks in California, Raging Waters. The climate in San Dimas is hot in the summer months, with highs in the 90s. During the winter months, from December through March, it can go into the 40s. There is usually no snowfall in San Dimas, and rainfall is less than the national average.
