Brookline
A suburb located just west of Boston, Brookline, Massachusetts is a town of around 59,000 residents. First incorporated as a town in 1705, this town has a long and storied history. It has long been known as a beautiful town with a pleasant environment, a welcome get away from the hustle and bustle of the big city of Boston.
There is plenty of green space in most all of the neighborhoods here, and the town is a mix of bustling urban life with all of the amenities of a prosperous suburb. Brookline is home to a variety of restaurants and shopping venues, including boutiques, and it also has many cultural institutions and historic sites.
The town of Brookline is close to many fine institutes of higher learning, including Boston College, Boston University, Newbury College, and more. So, as you might think, the area is teeming with lots of young people, and there is plenty of nightlife close by. There are also excellent private schools in the area, and the public school system is good.
This town is a great mix of old Colonial charm and new development and has a high standard of living for residents.
