Home to just over 1,100 residents, the Young's Hill neighborhood of Cedar Rapids, Iowa, is one of the higher rent districts in the city. This is a low crime area in the city that is known for being one of the safest in the nation.Most of the men and women in this neighborhood work in sales, or some kind of office job.
