Rapid City is the second largest city in the state of South Dakota, with just under 70,000 people. Found at the foot of the Black Hills mountain range, this city offers a lot of stunning views of the one-of-a-king landscape found in South Dakota. The mountains actually split the city in two, creating two distinct sides of one great city.
