Bellflower
Known as “The Friendly City,” Bellflower, California was originally established as a Dutch farming community in the 19th century. A suburb of Los Angeles, Bellflower has blossomed into a lively neighborhood that is rich in natural and cultural amusements, as well as a number of shopping areas, restaurants, and parks. Nestled between the San Gabriel River and the Los Angeles River, Bellflower is located south of the Santa Monica Mountains National Recreation Area and is just a short drive from a few of California's favorite cities including Santa Monica, Malibu, and Santa Barbara.
