Due to its active student population, the University of Arizona's students make up a fun part of Tucson's demographic. The campus is located in the center of town, and West University is a lively neighborhood. Home to two parks; Catalina Park and De Anza Park, West University is bordered by East Speedway Boulevard to the north, North Park Avenue to the east, East 6th Street to the south, and North Stone Avenue to the west.
