Pacific Palisades
Pacific Palisdes is an affluent area of Los Angeles with some pretty famous neighbors: Malibu, Santa Monica and the Pacific Ocean. The infamous Sunset Boulevard runs through this community and dead ends at the Pacific Ocean. Cool weather, beautiful views, and easy access make this one of the most desirable, and expensive, places to live in Los Angeles. With all of the glitz and glamour of its inhabitants, who are mostly in the entertainment industry, the community still has a small town vibe to it and hosts multiple events, parades and family-friendly activities throughout the year. Trendy shops and bistros dot the area that runs into the popular beach communities in a shaded oasis on the West Side of the city. The Via Mesa and the Huntington Palisades are both popular neighborhoods within this community and include shared parks. It’s also home to the private and posh Riviera Country Club that hosts the PGA Tour each February. Pacific Palisades has also been the backdrop of many film and TV projects, including Baywatch at Will Rogers State Beach.
