Rochester
Rochester, New York – The county seat of Monroe County, New York. This city is known by several nicknames, such as “the World's Image Center” and “ROC City.” It was also known as “the Flour City” but more recently known as “The Flower City” for annually hosting of the Lilac Festival.
Rochester's motto is “Rochester: Made for Living” and it certainly lives up to it. This city was ranked as the “most livable city” in the 25th edition of the Places Rated Almanac, along with receiving the top ranking for overall quality of life by Expansion Management.
