Gilroy

Located on the southernmost tip of Santa Clara County in California, Gilroy is primarily a food production city. In fact, each year they host the Gilroy Garlic Festival and they also produce a lot of mushrooms. Wine is a common industry in the region, mostly being produced by neighboring family estates. The town is also home to many historical landmarks that define the area and its surrounding regions, and there are beautiful hot springs nearby.
