West Bloomfield Township is a suburb of Detroit in the southeast region of Michigan, and is one of the wealthiest places in the United States. It ranks sixth on the list of 100 highest-income places with a population over 50,000 people. West Bloomfield is also one of the top 100 small cities in 2012, according to Money Magazine. With a population over 64,000 people, the neighborhood is residential with homes that are huge and hills that are rolling. But you are less than an hour drive to downtown Detroit, so you can find plenty to do nearby.
