Hauppauge
Located in Suffolk County, New York, Hauppauge is a beautiful, thriving city on Long Island with a rich history, and plenty to offer visitors and residents alike. With just over 20,000 residents, Hauppauge dates back to the early 18th Century when the area was a “waypoint” along what was known as King's Highway. Today, the area has grown, but much of the history remains, such as the Hauppauge Methodist Church, which stands on land donated by a prominent family that lived in the area in the early 19th Century.Today, Hauppauge is home to several excellent school systems and the Hauppauge Industrial Park, which both offer excellent employment options for the area. Hauppauge is also in close proximity to many area attractions, dining, shopping, and outdoor recreation.
