Regina is an unincorporated community in Pike County on the eastern edge of Kentucky. The community sits in the Kentucky Blue Mountains, and is home to several dozen residents who mainly live along Harless Creek. The terrain consists entirely of woods and mountains. Regina is very remote and residents have to drive several miles to get to town or city. The Kentucky-Virginia state line is less than five miles east of Regina, while the city of Pikeville, KY, is roughly a half an hour west of the community.
