Jamaica is a small unincorporated community located in Middlesex County of Virginia. The community can be found along U.S. Route 17 and is about 9.3 miles to the northwest of Saluda which is slightly larger, but still relatively small. Children living in Jamaica attend one of the schools in the Middlesex County Public Schools system and these are located in Saluda to the southeast.

Although small and unincorporated, Jamaica is home to the Virginia Motor Speedway and this is the main attraction in the area. The area is also only slightly to the west of the Rappahannock River and southwest of McKans Bay. Rappahannock Community College is to the south in Saluda.
