The capital city of the beautiful state of Montana is well-known for its gold-rush fame, brought about by the discovery of gold in 1864. In one summer, the population of the town had grown to around 200, and people bickered endlessly about what to name the town. After settling on Helena, they set about making the area incredibly prosperous. By 1888, it was home to 50 millionaires, and a large amount of gold had been mined. At one point, Helena became famous for her successful brothels, but now she is famous for her beautiful old buildings and natural landscape.
