West Hollywood (or WeHo as the locals call it) is a vibrant community in Los Angeles that consists of bars, restaurants, nightclubs, and specialty boutiques. Sunset Strip is the stretch of Sunset Boulevard that runs through West Hollywood and connects Hollywood to Beverly Hills. It’s just as famous as its many residents for the colorful boutiques, restaurants, rock clubs, and entertainment – plus huge billboards. It’s the West Coast’s answer to Times Square. With neighboring communities of Hollywood on one side, Hollywood Hills to the North, and Beverly Hills to the West, there is plenty of glamor. On the residential side, there is a large Jewish Community and also a Gay Village community that recognizes many laws within the city itself that benefit same sex rights both at home and in the work place.
