In Jackson County in south Michigan, the village of Concord is a small country community with just over 1,000 residents. The area rings Mill Pond, and is only a short drive from the city of Jackson, MI. Most of the population is settled in the north and central part of the village, while schools, fields, and industries take up the other areas. Concord was settled in the early 1800’s and is a popular suburb of Jackson today. Older families make up the majority of the population, and the area is popular for its low cost of living and minimal crime.
