Malibu
Malibu is the most affluent beach community in Los Angeles and is home to celebrities and entertainment moguls with great wealth. It’s one of the most expensive parcels of land in the country with staggering natural beauty dramatically places against the Santa Monica Mountains. It’s a 21-miles stretch of beach with coastal views from many of the homes built along sycamore-shaded canyons. This community is known for its private warm, golden beaches, and hidden gems like local wineries and chic boutiques. The equally famous Pacific Coast Highway (PCH) runs through this community. There is no better place that can give you that true California experience of cruising along the coast, surfing, and people-watching beautiful people. Zuma Beach draws as many as 800,000 visitors on busy Summer weekends. Many movies, TV shows, and music videos have been filmed in Malibu homes or on Malibu beaches. One of the most famous was Baywatch which was filmed on the private beach of Paradise Cove in Malibu.
