Scranton
Scranton, Pennsylvania is a historic mining and industrial city, and much of its cityscape reflects the post-colonization style. The city itself is not large, only measuring twenty-five square miles. Scranton also stretches into various other cities in the area, and is considered a borough. It is densely residential, but elbow room between neighborhoods and homes is adequate. The Lackawanna River runs directly through the city, and into several other nearby areas.
It is economically, a middle class city. At the height of the industrial revolution, a majority of residents were wealthy, but today the most affluent homeowners live in The Upper Green Ridge. In general, the city is very desirable for new parents or married couples, and is one of the most successful revivalist movement cities.
